The application was denied at their February 15, 2017 <br /> meeting. See attached minutes. <br /> The application has been deemed denied and no further action will be taken by the County. <br /> Given the previous conditional use permits have expired, mineral extraction activities are no <br /> longer permitted in the northerly portion and southerly portion as described under the previous <br /> conditional use permits.
