We believe <br /> our campus approach to a professional office complex will be most <br /> beneficial both to us and to the Town of Madison . <br /> You specifically asked for assurances that we intended to <br /> maintain control over any other offices built on the site . We <br /> certainly do intend to. <br /> Our current Insurance Trust building was built several years ago <br /> near West Towne and was designed specifically to fit in with the <br /> wooded hillside it is on . Even now, as crowded as the West Towne <br /> area is, this building is in a secluded woods setting . We intend <br /> to develop a similar setting on Nob Hill and preserve it for any <br /> other buildings . <br /> We will utilize deed restrictions, or other means; whatever is <br /> best according to our attorney . <br /> I hope this responds adequately to the Board 's concerns .
