Fleck: <br /> RE: Request for Zoning Change to Erect Salt Storage Building <br /> Attached is a description and preliminary certified survey for <br /> a parcel of land located at the intersection of Femrite Drive <br /> and USH 12 & 18 . A conditional use application was made for <br /> this parcel, and action is scheduled for it on June 9 , 1987 . <br /> We now understand that a zoning change will also be required <br /> because of land division being less than 35 acres within an <br /> A-1 exclusive zoned area. Therefore, we are now requesting a <br /> zoning change to A-2 which will allow the land subdivision, <br /> and allow the erection of a salt storage building on this <br /> site. <br /> We are requesting a hearing in July and formal approval of our <br /> request at your earliest possible convenience .
