Conditional uses on Parcels B and C are as follows: <br /> 4 (1) Banks, offices, office buildings and condominium office <br /> buildings devoting more than two floors to office space. <br /> (2) Motels, hotels, taverns, funeral homes and drive-in establish- <br /> ments.
