This amendment adds 44 <br /> acres to, and deletes 20.6 acres from the Town of Middleton portion of the <br /> Central Urban Service Area. The added area includes 25 acres of existing <br /> residential development and 19 acres of vacant developable land. The area <br /> added is located in Sections 22 and 27, T7N, R8E, Town of Middleton. The area <br /> deleted is located in Section 27, T7N, R8E, Town of Middleton. The developer <br /> will install stormwater management controls adequate to protect the downstream <br /> waterway from erosion and water quality impacts. <br /> This approval is subject to the following conditions: <br /> Approval of this revision does not constitute approval of a sewer extension <br /> pursuant to NR 110, Wisconsin Administrative Code. <br /> If any person is aggrieved by this approval , that person has the right to <br /> appeal the decision. Wisconsin Statutes and Administrative Code establish <br /> time periods within which requests to review Department decisions must be <br /> filed. For judicial review of a decision pursuant to s. 227.52 and 227.53, <br /> Stats. , a petition for review must be filed within 30 days after service of <br /> the decision. <br /> The respondent in an action for judicial review is the Department of Natural <br /> Resources.
