Access through Parcel A to CTH "S" is restricted as follows: <br /> (1) The owner (s) of Parcel A shall not construct or allow to <br /> be constructed on or through Parcel A more than a total of one <br /> vehicular access to CTH "S" at any point along CTH "S" from <br /> its intersection with CTH "S" and to its intersection with <br /> U.S. Highway 12 and 14. <br /> B. Permitted uses on Parcels B and C are as follows: <br /> (1) Retail and service uses included but not limited to <br /> lumber yards, grocery stores, drugstores, hardward stores, <br /> appliance and furniture stores, barbershops and beauty shops. <br /> (2) Self service laundries and drycleaning establishments. <br /> (3) Warehousing and storage incidental to a permitted use on <br /> the premises. <br /> (4) Medical, dental and veterinary clinics. <br /> (5) Banks, offices, office buildings and condominium office <br /> buildings devoting not more than two (2) floors to office <br /> space. <br /> (6) Utility services. <br /> (7) Bakeries. <br /> (8) Distribution centers and wholesale businesses. <br /> (9) Woodworking shops, machine shops. <br /> (10) Bicycle sales and service. <br /> (11) Rental businesses, except for motor vehicles and <br /> construction machinery and equipment. <br /> (12) Experimental laboratories not to exceed 5,000 square feet <br /> of floor area. <br /> (13) Sales and repair of lawn and garden equipment. <br /> (14) Sales of new and used motor vehicles. <br /> - 2 - <br />
