Smi ley, Director l ,7 Community and Regional Development Planning. <br /> DATE: July 28, 1987 <br /> RE: Supplemental Comments on Petition *4014 <br /> At your July 14, 1987 meeting we commented that a hearing on the requested <br /> urban service area amendment would tentatively be held August 13, 1987, <br /> pending final determination on other land by the town. On August 21 , 1987, <br /> the attorney for the Town of Middleton submitted maps indicating that the <br /> developed areas north of Mineral Point Road (CTH "S") and west of CTH "M" were <br /> to be included per action by the Middleton Town Board. <br /> The Regional Planning Commission "Process for Amending Adopted Regional Plans" <br /> requires affected local units and county board supervisors be notified 30 days <br /> prior to the public hearing. Therefore, the hearing is now set for Thrusday <br /> August 27, 1987.
