"M", about 1,000 feet South of Mineral Point Road for a <br /> Menard Home Improvement Center. The rezoning is from A-1 <br /> Agriculture and C-1 Commercial to C-1 and C-2 Commercial. <br /> The City of Madison does not believe this rezoning request differs <br /> in any material way from the previous rezoning request which the <br /> County Board rejected. The Madison Plan Commission, therefore, <br /> continues to oppose this rezoning. <br /> We are aware of the request to extend the Dane County Regional <br /> Planning Commission Central Urban Service Line to include this <br /> site, which will be the subject of a public hearing before the <br /> Regional Planning Commission on August 13, 1987.
