v <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> TOWN OF MIDDLETON <br /> WHEREAS, the town board of the Town of Middleton have considered <br /> Zoning Petition # 4014 . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the town board of the Town of <br /> Middleton, hereby approves of the change sought by Zoning Petition # <br /> 4014 subject to the following conditions : <br /> a) restrictions as to the uses allowed on subject parcel as provided <br /> in separate agreement between Menard' s Inc . /Vitense and the Town <br /> of Middleton <br /> b) landscape plan and building siting to be reviewed and approved by <br /> the Town of Middleton Plan Commission <br /> c) dedication of 100 feet right-of-way (public access) along the <br /> access road for waterway/public path/utilities site . <br /> I , Kenneth V.
