Gallagher Garden Sub. , Town <br /> of Blooming Grove , Dane County, WI 53714 <br /> To Whom It May Concern: <br /> We, the owners of the aforementioned lot in the Town of Blooming <br /> Grove, hereby request that we be granted permission to locate a <br /> single family apartment in the second story of the building we <br /> intend to construct in the near future. <br /> The apartment will be occupied by a tenant of the proposed insurance <br /> agency which occupies the lower level . The apartment tenants , <br /> incidentally, will be James J. Fish and Wendy J. Swallow, who <br /> are also the partners of F & M Enterprises , the partnership <br /> that will be constructing the building. <br /> Since these individuals also own the adjacent business , Abe' s <br /> Print and Copy Shop, Inc . and another rental property on the <br /> same block, (The Si of Lot 12, Block 1 , Clyde Gallagher Garden <br /> Subdivision , Town of Blooming Grove, Dane County, WI ) , it seems <br /> to make good sense that they be able to locate in this community <br /> to more effectively manage their properties. <br /> In addition to being able to better manage their properties , they <br /> will be less concerned about providing security because they will <br /> be there at all times. It will also make it easier for them to <br /> maintain their properties . <br /> There will also be ample parking. The front lot will be paved for <br /> additional parking and the lot next door , (lot nine (9), is also <br /> being developed in conjunction with our proposed building. In <br /> addition , we have a driveway entering from the rear of our lot <br /> which will be used for the occupants of the apartment .
