Neighboring Land Use: <br /> Two houses are located immediately south of the property at <br /> 7574 and 7580 Pioneer Place. A row of trees and evergreens <br /> provides screening. The only equipment noise we generate <br /> is from a window air conditioner. <br /> Kickapoo Oil Company owns the land immediately west of the <br /> property which contains the septic system for the store. A <br /> greenhouse is located further west . <br /> The Kickapoo Store is adjacent to the property on the north <br /> side. <br /> A parking area is located east of the property. <br /> Highway Access: <br /> Access to the facility will be through the present driveway <br /> and parking lot at the Kickapoo Store. Our agreement with <br /> Kickapoo Oil Co. will include access rights. <br /> No additional highway access points are required. After <br /> construction only two or three additional vehicles per week <br /> will enter the area. <br />
