OcS PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF VERONA TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: Ladies & Gentlemen: The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described land in Section 25, Town of Verona , Dane County, Wisconsin, from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the RH-2 Rural Homes District. Pet. #4025 Part of the SW1/4 NE1/4 and NW1/4 SWl/4 of Section 25, Town of Verona described as follows: Commencing at the North 1/4 section corner said Section 25; thence S00°37'57"W along the North-South 1/4 section line said section, 1653.75 feet to the centerline of County Trunk Highway M; thence along said centerline and the arc of a curve to the left of radius 7639.50 feet and whose long chord bears S53°57'30"E, 420.56 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence continuing along said centerline and the arc of a curve to the left of radius 7639.50 feet, and whose long chord bears S56°57' 19"E, 378.54 feet; thence S00°58'28"W, 140.65 feet; thence S58°22'30"E, 16.29 feet; thence S00°58'28"W, 438.19 feet; thence N89°22'00"W, 287.92 feet; thence N01°13'00"E, 180.00 feet; thence N85°41' 13"W, 47.72 feet; thence N00°58' 28"E, 607.07 feet to the centerline of County Trunk Highway M and the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be preparea for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that described the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
