Legal Description of the Proposed Car Wash & Oil Change Facility <br /> site. <br /> 2. Location Plan showing access to the site. <br /> 3. Site Plan showing location of the Building, Drives, Parking & <br /> Landscaping. <br /> The proposed use of the property is for a five bay car wash, both <br /> self-serve and automatic, and a three bay quick service oil <br /> change/lubrication facility. With conditional use approval on July <br /> 14, 1987, construction drawings could be ready for bidding the first <br /> week in August and construction complete in December. <br /> The site is centrally located on the south side of the Madison area <br /> and has good access to the Beltline Highway at Todd Drive with <br /> additional access from the Fish Hatchery exit. The size of the <br /> proposed site is sufficient to allow for manuevering and stacking <br /> distances on site without causing obstruction or slowing of traffic on <br /> the frontage road. <br /> Use of this site for a Car Wash & Oil Change Facility would be <br /> compatible with the other property uses in the vicinity as described <br /> below. <br /> Directly across the Beltline Highway are two car dealerships, Kayser <br /> Ford & Don Miller used cars. Also across the Beltline at Todd Drive <br /> is an Open Pantry which, like the Car Wash & Oil Change, is a fast <br /> service type of facility.
