I i <br /> PETITION NO. 4029 <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> COTTAGE GROVE <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 29 , Town of Cottage Grove , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the <br /> A-2 Agriculture • District. <br /> Pet. *4029: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 29, Town of Cottage Grove, described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 29, thence North <br /> along section line between Sections 29 and 30, 700 feet more or less to the <br /> North right-of-way line of USH 12-18; thence S 71° 56' East along the North <br /> right-of-way, 730 feet more or less to the point of beginning; thence <br /> continuing along said right-of-way line, S 71° 56' East, 400 feet more or <br /> less; thence N 18° 04' East, 88 feet more or less to a point of curve, thence <br /> along a curve to the left, radius 522.96 feet, 170 feet more or less; thence N <br /> 49° 10' East, 17.0 feet to a point on curve and being on the existing <br /> Southwesterly right-of-way line of Femrite Drive; thence along a curve to the <br /> right, radius 2222.8 feet, 340 feet more or less, thence S 18° 04' West, 420 <br /> feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
