<br /> I have surveyed, and mapped the Dane County Certified Survey Map number 6715, recorded
<br /> in VOLUME 33 of CERTIFIED SURVEYS on PAGES 136, 137, and 138, as DOCUMENT
<br /> NUMBER 2348049, Dane County Registry, being lying in part of the Southeast 1/4 of the
<br /> Northwest 1/4, and the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, of Section 22, Township 06 North,
<br /> Range 10 East, Town of Dunn, Dane County, Wisconsin;
<br /> I FURTHER CERTIFY THAT the metes and bounds description, on Sheet 1 of 3 Sheets,
<br /> paragraph 1, line 1 reads " Part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 and part of the
<br /> Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4" and should be corrected to read " Part of the Souther 1/4
<br /> of the Northwest 1/4 and part of the Northg 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4", and the third line of
<br /> the second paragraph reads, " of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 22 and the
<br /> Point of beginning of this description;", and should be corrected to read, "of the Northg 1/4

<br /> LOCATION: reads, "Part of the SW-NW and part of the NW-NW", and should be corrected
<br /> to read, "Part of the,5 -NW and part of the IF-NW".
<br /> I FURTHER CERTIFY THAT on Sheet 2 of 3 Sheets, notes on the drawing read
<br /> "Northwest Corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4", and should be corrected to read,
<br /> "Northam Corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4", and another note reads "West
<br /> line of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4" and should be corrected to read "West line of
