Dane County Zoning and Natural Resources Committee <br /> Room 116, City-County Building <br /> Madison, WI 53709 <br /> Dear Committee Persons: <br /> I am requesting a change of zoning on 2 acres of my 37 acre parcel that <br /> have purchased from my grandmothers farm. <br /> This zoning change, to RH-t, will allow me to build a new house near my <br /> grandmothers. My living near her, and being more accessible, will allow <br /> my grandmother to continue to live in her home. <br /> I currently do not earn a majority of my income from farming, but I do intend <br /> to rent the tillable portions of the property to local farmers. <br /> Please consider my request at your next committee meeting and feel free to <br /> contact me with any questions that you may have. <br /> Thank-You <br /> Dean Ihland <br />
