He also told the Board he would be applying for a building permit to build a new <br /> farm residence on his farm. The Board approved the rezone application and had no problem with <br /> Mr. Schernecker building a new residence on his farm. The Board was aware the Mr. Schernecker <br /> is presently in the farming business and would therefore qualify as a current farm operator and <br /> owner. <br /> Since the Board has not considered a farm plan in this matter, I am sending this letter in lieu <br /> of the Town Farm Plan Approval Report. <br /> If you need anything else from the Town in this matter, please let me know.
