Mr.
Hitchcock, whose home is located on the East half of the parcel, wishes to divide it to
provide a new lot on which his daughter and her husband may build a new home. The
new lot would be 0.49 acres and have 186 feet of road frontage. The development of the
new lot would include improving the drainage "by eliminating much of the standing
water problem that is of great concern to everyone in the area."
LANE--
WW 244.9'
1A6 A +a mwe poi 33 45 F— J/ 45'9 I3 34
g
. - Oki
': - _ _ - - - ier'.r — —
NOTE
PRQPOIPPEWi.OrTO
FLIZO ',N3YNF
tttkkkr4-
RJR WMERRPN10 5.
IOr-21,5oo.(IM 5Q.FT
References in Town Plan
Policies for Sewered Development in the town of Dunn(p.19):
"...The area proposed for infill must be a lot or a portion of a lot which is an
unimproved lot of record less than 35 acres as of the date of adoption of the
designation of the Waubesa LSA.
