Upon acquiring this new zoning I would like to divide the lot and <br /> make a lot for my daughter Barbara and her husband to build a new home on. <br /> My family and myself have enjoyed living at the above address for over forty years. The <br /> property is a very large lot of a little over 46,651 Sq. Ft., and is located at the corner of <br /> Nora Lane and View road in the township of Dunn. <br /> Our property as well as the neighboring properties are all residential in use and due to its <br /> location provides excellent frontage onto both View Road and Nora Lane. (See enclosed <br /> site plan)The proposed new lot will be approximately 21,300 Sq. Ft. with 186 Ft. <br /> frontage and 117 feet of depth. <br /> By developing the West half of the lot we will be able to greatly improve the drainage of <br /> the property which will be a benefit to the neighboring properties as well as ours by <br /> eliminating much of the standing water problem that is of great concern to everyone in <br /> the area. <br /> Construction on the new lot will likely begin in the spring of 2000,to be completed by <br /> fall of the same year. <br /> I would like to thank you in advance for you prompt and favorable ruling on my request. <br /> Very Sincerely, <br /> Tom Hitchcock <br />
