DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7584 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Mazomanie. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Mazomanie be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7584 <br /> A parcel of land located in the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 15 and the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of <br /> Section 16, Town of Mazomanie described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast <br /> corner of said Section 16; thence N89°49'16" West, 435.26 feet; thence S00°16'06" <br /> West, 200.20 feet to the point of beginning; thence South 300.00 feet; thence East 410.00 <br /> feet; thence N59°East, 261.00 feet; thence N79°30'00" East, 54.00 feet; thence <br /> N21°20'00" West, 84.00 feet; thence S79°30'00" West, 271.84 feet; thence S89°30'00" <br /> West, 208.50 feet; thence N54°30'00" West, 221.50 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> AND: <br /> Lot #1, CSM #5353 found in Volume 24, Page 223 CSM's, Dane County Register of <br /> Deeds Office. <br /> CONDmONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1).That the proposed lands to be added to Lot 1 CSM 5353 (originating from parcels 0806-152-8501 and 0806- • <br /> 161-8300)not to be seperated in ownership from Lot 1,CSM 5353. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land <br /> within 300 feet of the site.
