DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7586 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Bristol. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Bristol be amended to include in the A-2(2) Agricultural District's <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER/C.U.P. NUMBER: 7586/1574 <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 5, Town of Bristol described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 5; thence S89°16'27" East along the <br /> South line of the SW 1/4 of Section 5, 694.65 feet to the point of beginning. Thence <br /> continuing S89°16'27" East along said South line of the SW 1/4, 636.23 feet; thence <br /> N01°28'09" East, 282.80 feet; thence N89°16'27" West, 639.89 feet; thence S00°43'33" <br /> West, 282.77 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> ^ F <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77 (1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
