Also small family owned and operated businesses that provide a service <br /> to the community may be permitted with any restriction deemed necessary by <br /> the Town Board." <br /> Dane County Highways' Issues <br /> CTH "V" is not a controlled access highway. Any changes to existing accesses or <br /> new accesses requires a permit.
