The CUP for a residence will remain in effect under the new C-2 Petition. <br /> Burke Truck is a snowplow and accessories sales and installation business. The agent <br /> states that"the proposed use is to maintain the current Burke Truck business and to <br /> provide infill C-2 zoning to allow construction of a needed steel storage warehouse <br /> adjacent to the main shop area.
