<br /> Soil erosion issues and recommendations:
<br /> 1. Submit Erosion Control Plan with 7.5 soil loss standard.
<br /> 2. Schedule grading and construction to minimize soil exposure.
<br /> 3. Vegetate and mulch disturbed areas as soon as practical.
<br /> 4. Construct and establish drainage ways and outlets to handle the concentrated
<br /> and/or increased flow.
<br /> Compatibility with priority watershed plan for area:
<br /> Area currently located in Sugar River Watershed.
<br /> Farm productivity of lands identified for development:
<br /> Area mapped as, (BaB) Basco shallow soil over sandstone, Hyxton (HbC)
<br /> shallow soil over sandstone, Gale Soil with 40 inches of deposited silt over sand
<br /> stone, Port Byron(PrB) shallow soil over sandstone Radford (RaA) deep soil
<br /> poorly drained.
<br /> Development appropriate given soil types/characteristics:
<br /> The site will drain to the Sugar River, which is considered a sensitive area. All
<br /> the erosion control issues and recommendations shall be applied for the planning
<br /> and scheduling purposes.
