DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7594 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Verona. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to include in the RH-2 and RH-4 Rural Homes <br /> Districts the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7594 <br /> TO RH-4: <br /> A part of the SE 1/4 of Section 7, Town of Verona described as follows: Commencing at <br /> the Southeast corner of said Section 7; thence N87°13'34" West along the Section line <br /> 1313.5 feet to a point on the Northeasterly right-of-way of the Department of Natural <br /> Resources Bike Trail; thence along said right-of-way N43° West 132 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence along said right-of-way N43° West 519.9 feet; thence N46° East 693.6 <br /> feet; thence N35°West 377 feet; thence N50° East 400 feet; thence N80° East 170 feet; <br /> thence S25° East 520 feet; thence SO4° East 620 feet; thence S50° West 740 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-2: <br /> A part of the SE 1/4 of Section 7, Town of Verona described as follows: Commencing at <br /> the Southeast corner of said Section 7; thence N87°13'34" West along the section line <br /> 1313.5 feet; thence N43°West 651.9 feet; thence N46°East 693.6 feet;thence N35°West <br /> 377 feet to the point of beginning; thence N50° East 400 feet; thence N80° East 170 feet; <br /> thence North 150 feet;thence East 250 feet; thence N01°East 540 feet; thence on a curve <br /> to the left of radius 283 feet and long chord of N43° West 405 feet; thence N80° West <br /> 121 feet; thence North 30 feet; thence N87° West 350 feet; thence SO4° West 1107 feet; <br /> thence S35°East 200 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CER I IHJ D SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void Two copies of the recorded survey-shall, <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(lxa),(b),(c). <br />
