Page 1 <br /> DANE COUNTY <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1575 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT: The Conditional Use Permit subject to conditions. <br /> FOR: Limited Family Business - dog boarding, grooming and related <br /> sales. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 7/27/99 EXPIRATION DATE: (See Below) <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> That part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 3, Town of Springdale, <br /> described as follows: Lying South of centerline of Klevenville- <br /> Riley Road and North of Military Ridge State Park Trail . <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit. <br /> 1. Prior to issuance of any associated zoning permits, the landowner must submit and implement a <br /> plan to establish a buffer of perennial vegetation between the proposed dog kennel site and the <br /> Military Ridge Trail. Such buffer shall effectively screen the proposed development from view <br /> from the trail within 5 years. <br /> 2. Prior to issuance of any associated zoning permits, the landowner must submit a manure <br /> storage and disposal plan that complies with applicable sections of the Dane County Manure <br /> Storage Ordinance and is approved by the County Division of Environmental Health. <br /> 3. Any buildings shall be painted in neutral, earth-tone colors to minimize visual impact. <br /> 4. Fences, runs and kennel operations shall be maintained in good condition and shall keep <br /> animals appropriately contained. <br /> 5. No signs of any sort regarding the business shall be permitted. <br /> 6. No non-family employees shall be permitted. <br /> 7. A maximum of ten, not owned by the property owners, shall be allowed on the premises at any <br /> one time for boarding purposes. <br /> 8. All dogs shall be supervised at all times when outside of the house. <br />
