We're awaiting <br /> the completion of a site plan. A staff report will be written after the site plan has been received. <br /> The site plan will likely be received and the staff report written in time for the July 13, 1999 ZNR <br /> Work Meeting. <br /> The Town of York has approved this petition. One issue that will need to be worked out is that <br /> the town approved a rezone from A-1 Agriculture (Exclusive)to A-2 (8) Agriculture. The gross <br /> acreage(including the right-of-way)of the rezone area is 8.5 acres. However, it is the net acreage <br /> (not including the right-of-way)upon which the minimum lot sizes are based in Chapter 10 of the <br /> Dane County Code of Ordinances. The net acreage of the rezone area is 7.9 acres. The minimum <br /> lot size in the A-2 (8) District is eight (8.0) acres. The rezone should have been to the A-2 (4) <br /> District where the minimum lot size is four(4.0)acres. This issue can easily be addressed, and it <br /> should not pose any significant hindrance to the normal progression of this petition. <br /> 1576 Memo June 18,1999 <br />
