The remainder of the A-IEX-zoned 87+- acre Estate <br /> lies across Pine Road to the Northeast. Liebetrau wishes to re-divide the 15+- acres <br /> including his 6 acres and the 9 acre adjacent portion of "[his] deceased mother's property <br /> that [he] will be taking possession of in the estate settlement". A parcel of 2.94 acres <br /> including the house and shed would be rezoned to RH-1 and sold. The remaining 12.52 <br /> acres would be rezoned to RH-3.
