DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7600 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Cross Plains. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to include in the A-2(2) Agricultural <br /> Districts the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7600 <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4, part of the NW 1/4 of the NE/14, part of the SW 1/4 of <br /> the NE 1/4 and part of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 19, Town of Cross Plains <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 19; thence <br /> Southerly, 1300 feet, along the East line of the NE 1/4 of said Section 19; thence <br /> Westerly, 970 feet, to the point of begining of this description; thence continuing <br /> Westerly, 330 feet; thence S60° West, 60 feet; thence S20° East, 110 feet; thence S55° <br /> East, 85 feet; thence S71° East, 214 feet; thence S28° East, 90 feet to the Northwesterly <br /> line of a Town Road; thence S63° West, 66 feet along said Northwesterly line; thence <br /> N28° West, 62 feet; thence N71° West 210 feet; thence N55° West, 120 feet; thence <br /> N20°West. 104 feet; thence Westerly, 60 feet; thence Northerly, 80 feet; thence Easterly, <br /> 57 feet; thence N60° East, 125 feet; thence Northerly, 76 feet; thence Easterly, 190 feet; <br /> thence S67°East, 165 feet; thence Southerly, 80 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CER MED SURVEY REOUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
