Existing Uses of the Property:
Presently the only existing uses are agricultural uses.
B. Existing Uses of all the Neighboring Properties:
Presently all neighboring properties are either in agricultural or rural homes.
C. Proposed Uses of the Rezoned Area:
Providing land for the residence for a child of the farm owner/ operator
D. Time Schedule for the Development;
May - July 1999 Dane County and Cross Plains Township Approval Process
Architectural and Landscape Planning
August 1999 Certified Survey&Soil Testing
September - October Begin building of new Residence
Private Drive Grade Work
Ground breaking for building foundations
Well Drilling
Septic Installation
October - December 1999 Exterior Frame and Enclosure completed
December - February 2000 Interior Finishing
Conclusion:
Every effort to not utilize excessive agricultural acreage has been made.
The road grade is through a degraded woodland that has already had significant impact and
has 'openings'to accommodate the grade with minimal removal of canopy.
Peter Arneson Nause
Landscape Architect
Second Nature Landscapes
5606 Old Middleton Road
Madison Wisconsin 53705
608 . 233 . 1326 Office
