The WI Dept. Of Natural Resources has offered to buy the Westerly 23.5 acres of <br /> this parcel, described by the owner as "wetlands." Black Earth Creek separates this land <br /> into an 18.319 acre parcel on the East bank, and about 5 acres including the Creek and <br /> land on the West bank. In order to transfer the lands to the WDNR, the 9.3 acres <br /> including the house, garage, barn and 2 sheds must be rezoned. RH-2 zoning will permit <br /> the buildings to continue to be used for agricultural purposes, but the number of livestock <br /> units will be limited to the number of full acres (8).
