I want to have it re-zoned to be the same as my <br /> current property. The existing use of the property is agricultural. The neighboring <br /> properties are agricultural also, with the exception of my current property, which will be <br /> attached to this property. The proposed area to be rezoned is because of the growth of my <br /> existing company, Tri County Paving, Inc. at 7579 Meixner Rd. The property would have <br /> a driveway entrance and be used to load &unload equipment and park equipment. I also <br /> will build one to two sheds for housing equipment, the first one will be constructed <br /> within the next two years, and the second in the future. The shed sizes will be <br /> approximately 50'x100' or larger. I would like to keep the equipment inside.
