At some point, <br /> the Southmost 10'x12' deck was enclosed for use as a screened porch. In July, 1998, <br /> Jurovic obtained ZP 1998 1827 to "tear down and rebuild screened in porch to larger" <br /> dimensions -- 14'x16'. The minimum rear yard setback for a screened in porch is 50' in <br /> the R-1 district. After the porch was built, Jurovic's required location survey showed that <br /> the rear wall of the house at the location of the new porch is 58.69 feet from the rear lot <br /> line, so the porch does not meet the minimum rear yard setback.
