DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7606 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Springfield. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Springfield be amended to include in the A-2 Agricultural and RH-2 <br /> Rural Homes District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7606 <br /> TO RH-2: <br /> A parcel of land located in the NE 1/4 of NE /14 of Section 19, Town of Springfield <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 19; thence <br /> North 1320 feet to the point of beginning. Thence N17°59'02" West, 118.72 feet; thence <br /> N67°38'31" West, 420.80 feet; thence N82°58'51" West, 210.00 feet; thence S68°59'26" <br /> West, 139.89 feet; thence S14°57'08" West, 31.71 feet; thence S18°00'27" East, 153.65 <br /> feet; thence S27°50'02" East, 111.24 feet to a point on the south line of said NE 1/4 of <br /> the NE 1/4; thence N87°44'11" East, 674.11 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO A-2: <br /> A parcel of land located in the NE 1/4 and SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4, Section 19, Town of <br /> Springfield described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said NE 1/4 of the <br /> NE 1/4; thence North 270 feet to a point on the Easterly right-of-way of County Highway <br /> P; thence Northeasterly along said right-of-way 400 feet; thence continuing Northeasterly <br /> along said right-of-way 170 feet to the centerline of Riles Road; thence Southeasterly <br /> along Riles Road 950 feet; N67°38'31" West, 420.80 feet; thence N82°58'51" West 210 <br /> feet; thence S68°59'26" West, 139.89 feet; thence S14°57'08" West, 31.71 feet; thence <br /> S18°00'27" East, 153.65 feet; thence S27°50'02" East 111.24 feet to a point on the South <br /> line of said NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4; thence West 660 feet to the point of beginning. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Fail d the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
