PUBLIC COMMENT: <br /> None <br /> IV. REZONE AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATIONS FROM PREVIOUS <br /> HEARINGS <br /> 1. PETITION#7602-Approved at previous meeting. <br /> 2. PETITION#7603 -Approved at previous meeting. <br /> 3. PETITION#7604-Approved at previous meeting. <br /> 4. PETITION#7605 -Approved at previous meeting. <br /> 5.PETITION#7606-Approved at previous meeting. <br /> 6. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT# 1577 by Jim Murphy to allow existing tavern, outdoor entertainment activity, <br /> and games lighted to operate at night on property located at 8205 Klevenville-Riley Road in part of the NE 1/4 SE <br /> 1/4 Section 02,Town of Springdale. <br /> Motion by Hendrick/Hamre to impose the following conditions: <br /> 1. Outdoor entertainment and lighted volleyball areas shall be open from April 1st through October 31st. <br /> 2. Outdoor entertainment area(concession facility) shall be open from Tuesday through Thursday until 1 <br /> p.m. and on Friday and Saturday until 12 a.m., midnight. <br /> 3. Outdoor game area shall be open from Tuesday through Thursday until 10 p.m. and on Friday and <br /> Saturday until 12 a.m., midnight. <br /> 4. Direct lighting for the outdoor areas shall be lit from Tuesday through Thursday until 10 p.m. and on <br /> Friday and Saturday until 12 a.m., midnight. <br /> 5. No amplified sound shall be permitted in the outside areas, other than during Riley Fest and seven <br /> (other] times in the seven-month period between April 1st and October 31st. <br /> 6. Construct a fence along the Klevenville-Riley Road between the road and the volleyball area to prevent <br /> '`volleyball participants and balls from entering the roadway, and plant tall shrubs and/or trees along the <br /> .outside of the fence at intervals sufficient enough to provide visual and physical buffering once the trees <br /> and shrubs reach maturity. <br /> .Enclose the volleyball court with netting so as to prevent volleyballs from leaving the playing area and <br /> ntering the roadway or neighboring properties. <br />
