Page 1 <br /> DANE COUNTY <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1577 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT: The Conditional Use Permit subject to conditions . <br /> FOR: Tavern and outdoor entertainment activity. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 08/10/99 EXPIRATION DATE : (See Below) <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Part of Lots 5 through 12, Block 2, Sugar River Station, and part <br /> of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 2, Town of Springdale <br /> described as follows : Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot <br /> #11, Block 2, Sugar River Station; thence N17°30' East along the <br /> lot line 132 . 00 feet; thence S72°30' East 3 . 0 feet; thence <br /> N17°30' East 35 . 00 feet; thence S74°05' 28" East 360 . 14 feet; <br /> thence S17°30' West 111 . 0 feet; thence N72°30' West 49. 5 feet; <br /> thence S17°30' West 66. 00 feet; thence N72°30' West 165. 00 feet <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit . <br /> 1. Outdoor entertainment and lighted volleyball areas shall be open from April 1st through October 31st. <br /> 2. Outdoor entertainment area(concession facility)shall be open from Tuesday through Thursday until 10p.m. and <br /> on Friday and Saturday until 12 a.m., midnight. <br /> 3. Outdoor game area shall be open from Tuesday through Thursday until 10 p.m. and on Friday and Saturday <br /> until 12 a.m., midnight. <br /> 4.Direct lighting for the outdoor areas shall be lit from Tuesday through Thursday until 10 p.m. and on Friday and <br /> Saturday until 12 a.m., midnight. <br /> 5.No amplified sound shall be permitted in the outside areas, other than during Riley Fest and seven[other] times <br /> in the seven-month period between April 1st and October 31st. <br /> 6. Construct a fence along the Klevenville-Riley Road between the road and the volleyball area to prevent <br /> volleyball participants and balls from entering the roadway,and plant tall shrubs and/or trees along the outside <br /> of the fence at intervals sufficient enough to provide visual and physical buffering once the trees and shrubs reach <br /> maturity. <br /> 7.Enclose the volleyball court with netting so as to prevent volleyballs from leaving the playing area and entering <br /> the roadway or neighboring properties. <br />
