le Z`j -P k1 <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMEND NT NO. 7637 <br /> I s' t 0 A+--t T l(-)- s6 5 Z6 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Distri in the Town of Bristol. 2-- tom C S 11 <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Bristol be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7637 <br /> Pat of the SW 114 of the SW 114 of Section 21, Town of Bristol, described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the South 114 corner of said Section 21; thence N 89°25'00" W along the <br /> south line of said Southwest 114, 1399.42 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue <br /> N 89°25'00" W along the south line of said Southwest 1/4, 759.42 feet; thence N <br /> 0°11'11" E., 450.01 feet; thence S 89°25'00" E, 759.87 feet; thence S 0°14'35" W, <br /> 450.01 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> { CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional Inning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane Canty Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED RE MIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map wi be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded. This amendment wi become effective,if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> Canty,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
