62.23 (6) WISCONSIN STATUTES <br /> (6) OFFICIAL.MAP. (a) The council of every I e) The locating. widening or closing.or the <br /> city may by ordinance or rc ulut' establish an approval of the locating. widening or closing of <br /> official map of the city or any part thereof streets. highways. parkways. parks or <br /> showing the streets. highways. parkways. parks playgrounds by the city under provisions of law <br /> and playgrounds theretofore laid out. adopted other than this section shall be deemed to be a <br /> and established by law, and such map is to be change or addition to the official map,and shall <br /> deemed to be final and conclusive with respect to be subject to the provisions of this section.except <br /> the location and width of streets. highways and that changes or additions made by a subdivision <br /> parkways.and the loattion and extent of parks plat approved by the city under ch.236 shall not <br /> and playgrounds shown thereon. Such official require the public hearing specified in par.(b)if <br /> map is declared to be established to conserve and the changes or additions do not affect any land <br /> promote the public health.safety.convenience or outside the platted area. <br /> general welfare.
