After reviewing the site plan I have determined proposed development will require <br /> a shoreland erosion control permit. This permit issued by Dane County Land and Water Resources will be required <br /> prior to the issuance of a shoreland zoning permit. <br /> This determination has been based on no additional impervious surfaces. In addition areas of existing asphalt have <br /> been identified for removal as part of this project. Land disturbing activities within 300 feet of the lake require a <br /> shoreland erosion control permit. <br /> Prior to issuance of a shoreland zoning permit for the proposed development the following conditions must be <br /> satisfied: <br /> 1. Obtain an approved shoreland erosion control permit from Dane County Land and Water Resources. <br /> Once the above conditions are satisfied your shoreland zoning permit will be issued and you may apply for a general <br /> zoning permit.
