DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7741 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Town of Albion. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Town of Albion be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 7741 Part of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 5, Town of Albion described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 5; thence NO2°11'47" West, 527.43 feet, along the East line of said Section 5 and the centerline of CTH A, thence S89°08'00" West, 33.01 feet to the West right-of-way of CTH A and the point of beginning; thence S02°11'47" East, 362.86 feet, along the West right-of-way of CTH A; thence S41°23'33" West, 96.82 feet, along said right-of-way to the Northerly right-of-way of USH 51; thence S84°58'52" West, 360.00 feet, along the Northerly right-of-way of USH 51; thence NO2°20'30" West, 345.00 feet; thence N14°33'00" East, 131.29 feet; thence along a curve to the left, having a radius of 390.00 feet, and a chord bearing S84°03'30" East, 92.47 feet; thence N89°08'00" East, 297.91 feet, to the West right-of-way of CTH A and the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning.
