DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 9340 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Cottage Grove. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: at • - oning Distrtct Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be amended to include in t e RH-1 Rural Horn- District/s,the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 9340 Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4, Section 25, Town of Cottage Grove described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the E 1/2 of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4; thence N90°00'00" East along the North line of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 and the centerline of South Jargo Road, 288 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue along said North line and centerline N90°00'00" East 75.00 feet; thence S28°22'08" West, 311.50 feet; thence N90°00'00" East, 240.00 feet; thence S00°00'00" West, 300.00 feet; thence S90°00'00" West, 175.00 feet; thence N00°00'00" East, 181.00 feet; thence S90°00'00" West,140.00 feet; thence N00°00'00" East, 119.00 feet; thence N28°22'08"East, 310.50 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning.
