DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 9340 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Cottage Grove. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: at • - oning Distrtct <br /> Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be amended to include in t e RH-1 Rural Horn- <br /> District/s,the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 9340 <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4, Section 25, Town of Cottage Grove described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northwest corner of the E 1/2 of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4; thence <br /> N90°00'00" East along the North line of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 and the centerline of South <br /> Jargo Road, 288 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue along said North line and <br /> centerline N90°00'00" East 75.00 feet; thence S28°22'08" West, 311.50 feet; thence <br /> N90°00'00" East, 240.00 feet; thence S00°00'00" West, 300.00 feet; thence S90°00'00" <br /> West, 175.00 feet; thence N00°00'00" East, 181.00 feet; thence S90°00'00" West,140.00 <br /> feet; thence N00°00'00" East, 119.00 feet; thence N28°22'08"East, 310.50 feet to the point <br /> of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey <br /> map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if <br /> within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the <br /> land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure <br /> to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the <br /> recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> I Zi X <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77 (1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
