Shore <br /> Urban Erosion Control Analyst <br /> RE: Jungbluth House&Drive—Shoreland Erosion Control Plan,SE2008-0121 <br /> The submitted erosion control plan meets the needs of the site and includes the following requirements: <br /> 1. The site may only be accessed off South Jargo Road using a stone tracking pad. The tracking pad <br /> will be a minimum of 50' long x 20' wide x 12"deep and be constructed of 3-inch clear stone. <br /> Tracking controls shall be maintained to prevent the tracking of material onto public roads. No <br /> other site access may be used. <br /> 2. Silt fence must be installed at the locations shown on the plan and where deemed necessary. The <br /> silt fence must be maintained until the site is vegetated and stabilized. <br /> 3. Grading must be confined to the areas shown on the plan. No grading may occur outside the <br /> "Disturbed Area"identified on the plan. In the event any of disturbance outside these areas, <br /> additional erosion control measures will be required. <br /> 4. The plan includes a construction schedule as follows: <br /> Grading and construction is scheduled to begin July 1,2008. <br /> Slopes steeper than 20%will be mulched at the end of each workday and temporarily <br /> seeded and mulched within 4 weeks of disturbance. <br /> All disturbed areas on the site must be restored by June 30,2009. <br /> The construction site must follow the plan according to the schedule approved by Dane County Land <br /> Conservation. This permit will expire on the stabilization date included in the plan(June 30,2009)and <br /> may be amended prior to permit expiration only.This review is for the erosion control requirements of <br /> Chapter 11,Dane County Code of Ordinances only.
