Shore <br /> Urban Erosion Control Analyst <br /> RE: 924 Hillside Rd.Addition—Shoreland Erosion Control Plan, SE2008-0087 <br /> The submitted shoreland erosion control plan meets the needs of the site and includes the following <br /> requirements: <br /> 1. The site may only be accessed off Hillside Road using the existing driveway. No other site <br /> access may be used. Material deposited in the road will be cleaned up at the end of each <br /> workday. <br /> 2. Silt fence reinforced with straw bales must be installed prior to grading in the locations shown on <br /> the plan. The silt fence must be maintained until the site is vegetated and stabilized. <br /> 3. Inlet protection(WisDOT Type"D")must be installed and maintained at the location shown on <br /> the plan. <br /> 4. Wood chip mulch must be applied to the area between the proposed addition and the silt fence <br /> within 2 weeks of beginning grading. Mulch must be reapplied as needed to maintain cover. <br /> 5. A stone weeper must be installed and maintained at the location shown on the plan. <br /> 6. Grading must be confined to the areas shown on the plan. No material storage,vehicle traffic or <br /> grading may occur outside the grading limits identified on the plan. In the event any of these <br /> areas are disturbed, additional erosion control measures will be required. <br /> 7. The plan includes a construction schedule as follows: <br /> Grading and construction is scheduled to begin upon receipt of all required permits. <br /> Wood chip mulch must be applied as noted within 2 weeks of beginning grading. <br /> All disturbed areas on the site must be permanently seeded and mulched by September15, <br /> 2008. <br /> The construction site must follow the plan according to the schedule approved by Dane County <br /> Lyman F.Anderson Agriculture&Conservation Center <br /> 1 Fen Oak Court,Room 208,Madison,Wisconsin 53718-8812-PH:608/224-3730,FAX:608/224-3745 <br /> wvvw.countyofdane.com/landconservation <br />
