Shore,CPESC <br /> Urban Erosion Control Analyst <br /> RE: Scholl Pole Barn &Driveway—Erosion Control Plan, SE2006-0233 <br /> The submitted erosion control plan meets the needs of the site and includes the following conditions: <br /> 1. The site will only be accessed off the existing gravel drive. No other site access may be used and <br /> material deposited in public roadways will be cleaned up at the end of each workday. <br /> 2. Silt fence will be installed prior to grading down slope of the disturbed areas as shown on the plan <br /> and where deemed necessary. The silt fence will be maintained until the site is vegetated and <br /> stabilized. <br /> 3. Grading must be confined to the areas shown on the plan. No material storage,vehicle traffic or <br /> grading may occur in the areas identified as"undisturbed"or"vegetated buffer"on the plan. In the <br /> event any of these areas are disturbed,additional erosion control measures will be required. <br /> 4. The plan includes a construction schedule as follows: <br /> Grading and construction is planned to begin upon receipt of all required permits. <br /> All disturbed areas on the site must be permanently seeded and mulched(or erosion matted) <br /> by March 15,2007. <br /> The construction site must follow the plan according to the schedule approved by Dane County <br /> Land Conservation. This permit will expire on the stabilization date included in the plan(March 15, <br /> 2007)and may only be amended prior to permit expiration. This review is only for the requirements of <br /> Chapter 11,Dane County Code of Ordinances and other approvals may be necessary.
