State Historical Society records indicate the possible presence a burial mound/site in this area of Blooming <br /> Grove. Owner should contact State Historical Society prior to commencing any development on the property. <br /> TOWN PLAN: The property is located in the town's"rural residential" planning area. New development limited to one <br /> dwelling unit per 5 acres. <br /> RESOURCE PROTECTION: No areas of resource protection corridor located on the property. <br /> STAFF: The proposal appears reasonably consistent with town plan policies. As noted in the observations section <br /> above, the owner should contact State Historical Society staff for assistance and advice regarding the possible <br /> presence of burial mounds on the property. <br /> TOWN:Approved with no conditions. <br />
