Effective April 27, 2017 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> Zoning Map Amendment Petition 11037 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance <br /> Section 10.03 shall be amended as follows: <br /> Town Map: Town of Rutland Location: Section 13 <br /> Zoning District Boundary Changes <br /> A-1 EX to A-2(1) <br /> Part of Lot 2, Dane County Certified Survey Map number 1424, being located in part of <br /> the NE 1/4 of the SE %of Section 13,T.5N., R.10E., Town of Rutland, Dane County, <br /> Wisconsin, described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 2; thence <br /> North, 70 feet; thence West, 29 feet; thence North 90 feet to the Northwest corner of <br /> said lot; thence East, 352 feet;thence South, 160 feet to the South line of said lot; <br /> thence West, 324 feet to the point of beginning.
