I just learn an important fact. The Town HAS NOT approved <br /> the change yet. The petition WILL NOT be on the June 28th ZLR Committee agenda until such time at the Town has <br /> completed their review. <br /> In order to obtain Town Approval,you will need to submit a preliminary certified survey map to the Town Clerk so that it <br /> can be reviewed by the Town Plan Commission and Town Board. The Town can possibly review the revised location at <br /> their July meetings. Once approved by the Town Board, the petition will be placed on the ZLR Committee agenda.
