TOWN BOARD ACTION REPORT—CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> Regarding Petition# 2016-02365 Dane County ZLR Committee Public Hearing Tuesday,December 13,2016 <br /> Whereas,the Town Board of the Town of Springdale having considered said <br /> conditional use permit application,be it therefore resolved that said conditional use permit is hereby(check <br /> one): 151 APPROVED <br /> ❑DENIED(IF DENIED, PLEASE COMPLETE FINDINGS SECTION ON PAGE 2) <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION VOTE: 6 In Favor 0 Opposed <br /> TOWN BOARD VOTE: 3 In Favor 0 Opposed <br /> Whereas, in support of its decision,the Town Board has made appropriate findings of fact that the <br /> standards listed in section 10.255(2)(h), Dane County Code of Ordinances,and section 10.123(3)(a), if <br /> applicable,are found to be(check one): <br /> o SATISFIED <br /> ❑NOT SATISFIED (PLEASE COMPLETE FINDINGS SECTION ON PAGE 2) <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITION(S): <br /> 1. The hours of operation shall be 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. 2. There shall be no employees other <br /> than Lucas Proctor, the owner. 3. No customers shall visit the site. No retail sales shall be <br /> conducted on the property. The on-site business shall not be opened to the public. 4. No <br /> business activities shall be conducted on the property, outside of the accessory building. 5. <br /> Outside loudspeakers are prohibited. 6. Outside signs are prohibited. 7. Outdoor lighting, <br /> except for required security lights shall be operational only during hours of operation. All <br /> lighting shall be shielded to prevent glare into the night sky or direct-beam illumination of <br /> neighboring residences. All new lighting fixtures shall use full cut-off fixtures which prevent <br /> all upward transmission of light. 8. No plumbing shall be installed in the building. 9.
