We have determined that your construction site activities will be <br /> regulated under ch.283,Wis.Stats.,ch.NR 216,Wis.Adm.Code,and in accordance with Wisconsin Pollutant Discharge <br /> Elimination System(WPDES)General Permit No. WI-S067831-05,Construction Site Storm Water Runoff.
