Glowacki, I have surveyed, monumented, and mapped a part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest <br /> Quarter of Section 14, Town 9 North, Range7 East, Town of Roxbury, Dane County, Wisconsin, described as <br /> follows: <br /> Commencing at the west quarter corner of said Section 14; <br /> thence South 89°46'02'East along the east-west quarter line of said Section 14, 1,931.89 feet to a point in the <br /> center line of Loper Road and the point of beginning; <br /> thence North 48°25'3T East along the center line of Loper Road,82.48 feet; <br /> thence Northeasterly along a 2,468.00 foot radius curve to the left in the center line of Loper Road having a <br /> central angle of 09°08'52"and whose long chord bears North 43°51'12"East,393.62 feet; <br /> thence North 39°16'46'East along the center line of Loper Road,443.33 feet; <br /> thence Northeasterly along a 1,158.00 foot radius curve to the right in the center line of Loper Road having a <br /> central angle of 05°58'29'and whose long chord bears North 42°16'00"East, 120.70 feet to a point in the north- <br /> south quarter line of said Section 14; <br /> thence South 00°45'10" East along the north-south quarter line of said Section 14, 774.00 feet to the center <br /> quarter corner of said Section 14; <br /> thence North 89°46'02"West along the east-west quarter line of said Section 14, 706.43 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> Containing 260,454 square feet, (5.98 acres), more or less.
